This is the first Japanese re-issue in a non-gatefold sleeve, has diamond MCA labels and is manufactured by [l162054. 
The first Japanese pressing manufactured by [l295720 is seen here [r10586572. 
A later Japanese non-gatefold re-issue with rainbow MCA labels is seen here [r22852079. 

Even though the sleeve notes are dated Feb 1971; it being manufactured by [l162054 indicates that this was released after 21 May 1972.

The sleeve has a matte finish. Original submission did not have an obi.
