Issued in gatefold sleeve with printed inner. The printed inner has the Helloween pics and album info on one side, and the Noise back catalogue on the other side. A printing variation has been seen here, where the flips are either glued to the "Helloween" side or to the "Noise" side of the inner sleeve.
Any changes in the Noise back catalogue print, would suggest a different entry. 

Unlike most other pressings, this one has no barcode on rear cover.
