Tracks A2, A3, A7, A9, B1 to B3, B5 & B7 were recorded at Regent Sound Studio in Denmark Street, London.
B2 was a scratch band.
Track A4 was recorded on a portable cassette recorder in Yonkers, New York.
Track A8 was recorded at Dick James Studio in Oxford Street, London.

The Toffee Apple Man was recorded in Roehampton, London and The Bird Talk at the beginning of B6 in Wilton, Connecticut. Both were recorded on a portable cassette.
